OUR SUCCESS STORY

The Company has experience in providing a wide variety of services in the areas of, Marketing & Public Relations, Conference Management, Event Planning and Travel services for individual and Group travels, both locally as well as internationally. We have so far successfully organized several successful marketing events to support our clients in achieving their goals. Our clients are both locally based as well as internationally with some involved in donor funded projects that need transparency as well as accountability in view of the charitable projects that they are involved in. We are presently working towards the promotion and marketing of an East African 33rd Medic Conference in March in Uganda that unifies the agenda of our three East African Countries under the umbrella of the East African Community at the behest of the three Health Ministers.

Several missionary groups of Pastors and their Churches as well as donors have come through us from their respective countries to have us coordinate their Public Relations Network, goodwill creation, as well as their on-the-ground logistical arrangements in Kenya. In June 2003 we hosted the Salvation Army Brass Band from Norway for 43 of their members to host Concerts in Kenya. We are on the vendor listing of USAID, World Health Organization – Geneva, and other International agencies, as a local service support provider, and have handled several conferences for them. The largest Meeting we have organized to date was in 2004 for 3000 delegates for The Carolina Population Center – University of North Carolina and IPAS to help disseminate findings of a two year research study through local schools on Aids in Kenya. In February 2006, also for the Rockefeller Foundation and Ministry of Agriculture; we coordinated a meeting of 150 participants at the NAAIAP (National Agricultural Input Access Program) Mission Team Meeting where we also provided media coverage, networking support as well as logistical arrangements for the team members.

In October 2006, we were contracted to handle the USAID - GATE (Greater Access to Trade Expansion Teams) facilitation and introduction into the Kenyan NGO and donor funding community.

At the beginning of this year we set the stage with the Diageo – UK - Afirca Conference on 5th Jan ’07 – 14th Jan ’07 with 40 International Directors requiring complete management of their event. However, in view of the sensitivity and profile of personalities involved, this event was not publicized due to tight security policies.
